| Resumen en inglés | In this paper, we discuss the structural diagnosis in psychoanalysis, taking into account unclassifiable cases that show up in the clinical work today. We will compare the structure of language and the psychic structure, in order to highlight the differences between them. These differences, along with the clinical work that manifest the structure of the real, make it possible to classify the unclassifiable. | Resumen en portugués | Este artigo visa discutir o diagnóstico estrutural no campo psicanalítico, levando em consideração o termo “inclassificáveis”, que surge nos dias atuais. O trabalho aproxima a estrutura psíquica da estrutura de linguagem para evidenciar as diferenças entre elas. Essas diferenças, juntamente com a clínica da atualidade que corrobora para manifestar o real da estrutura, possibilitam incluir nas classificações o inclassificável.
