| Resumen en inglés | The article presents a comparative analysis between the structure of the subject and what I am calling beyond structure of the subject. Hence, the article approaches the structuralistic elaboration of Lacan as well as the influence of the Existentialism of Heidegger in the Lacanian clinic. The article, therefore, establishes a relationship between the structure of the desiring subject, which takes place before he is born, and what he does with that structure in his psychic life. So that, the article brings an approach of the position of the desiring subject in the face of his jouissance , how this comes up in the clinic and how it is dealt in the clinic |

| Resumen en portugués | Este artigo apresenta uma análise comparativa do que se trata a estrutura e o que designei como além estrutura na psicanálise lacaniana. Para tanto, o artigo aborda a elaboração estruturalista de Lacan, como também a influência do Existencialismo de Heidegger na clíni ca lacaniana. O artigo, portanto, estabelece uma relação entre a estrutura do sujeito desejante, que é anterior a ele, e o que ele faz da sua estrutura na sua vida psíquica. Desta forma, o artigo traz uma abordagem da posição do sujeito desejante diante do seu gozo, como isso aparece na clínica e o que é feito disto na clínica |
