| Resumen en español | Con el propósito de determinar las plantas arvenses y las plagas que se hospedan en ellas, en el cultivo del tabaco, se realizó la investigación en áreas de semillero, plantación y las guardarrayas de una finca perteneciente a la CCS 35 Aniversario de la Anap, Las Tunas. Las muestras con síntomas plagas fueron analizadas en las especialidades de diagnóstico del Laboratorio Provincial de Sanidad Vegetal. Se determinaron 22 especies de plantas arvenses. Se determinaron cinco especies de insectos plagas, una de ácaro, tres de fitonemátodos y tres hongos fitopatógenos. La especie de planta arvense que hospedó mayor diversidad de plagas fue A. dubius. Se destacó, Aphelenchus sp., como plaga común en especies de plantas arvenses. P. oleraceae, fue la más frecuente. Aphelenchus sp. fue el más frecuente con 26,22 %, seguido por Tylenchus sp., y Oidium sp., con 13,04 % de frecuencia de aparición cada uno, el resto de las plagas fueron poco frecuentes. Aphelenchus sp., en E. heterophylla y Tylenchus sp., en A. dubius constituyen nuevos reportes para estas especies de plantas arvenses en el cultivo del tabaco en Las Tunas. | Resumen en inglés | With the purpose of determining the weeds and the pests that are hosted in them, in the tobacco crop, the research was carried out in seedbed, plantation and guardrail areas of a farm belonging to the CCS "35th Anniversary of Anap", Las Tunas. The samples with pest symptoms were analyzed in the diagnostic specialties of the Provincial Laboratory of Plant Health. Twenty-two species of weeds were determined. Five species of insect pests, one mite, three phytonematodes and three phytopathogenic fungi were determined. The arvense plant species that hosted the greatest diversity of pests was A. dubius. Aphelenchus sp. was a common pest of arvenous plant species. P. oleraceae was the most frequent. Aphelenchus sp. was the most frequent with 26.22 %, followed by Tylenchus sp. and Oidium sp. with 13.04 % frequency of occurrence each, the rest of the pests were infrequent. Aphelenchus sp. on E. heterophylla and Tylenchus sp. on A. dubius are new reports for these species of arthropods in the tobacco crop in Las Tunas.
