| Resumen en inglés | In an uninterrupted dispute between capital and labor, the present society allows us to reflect on social issues in their most diverse expressions; the migration due to the search for better economic conditions of life is one of them. The situation of scarcity promotes migratory processes of people who escape the precarious economic conditions, armed conflicts, religious, political and ethnic struggles that they experience in their respective countries. The challenges are centered on bringing them closer to a situation of autonomy and citizenship. Thus, the present extension project allows a reflection of this reality, constituting a fertile ground for new studies and interventions, allowing a more effective communication for international migrants, refugees and stateless people, through mobile technology. In this sense, the project is linked to the courses of Social Service, Analysis and Development of Systems Technology, Computer Engineering and Control and Automa-tion Engineering, with the main objective of motivating the discussion about migration and refuge, through a more effective communication of migrants in social vulnerability situations as well as their access to public services, through the implementation of a free mobile application |
| Resumen en portugués | A sociedade atual, em disputa ininterrupta entre capital e trabalho, nos permite refletir sobre questões sociais em suas mais diversas expressões; a migração em razão da busca por melhores condições materiais de vida é uma delas. A situação de escassez promove processos migratórios de pessoas que fogem das condições econômicas precárias, conflitos armados, lutas religiosas, políticas, étnicas que vivenciam em seus respectivos países. Os desafios centram-se em aproximá-los de uma situação de autonomia e vivência de cidadania. Assim, o presente projeto de extensão oferece uma reflexão dessa realidade, constituindo-se num terreno fértil para novos estudos e intervenções, possibilitando ainda, uma comunicação mais eficaz para os migrantes internacionais, refugiadas e apátridas, por meio da tecnologia móvel. Neste sentido, o projeto está vinculado aos cursos de Serviço Social, Tecnologia em Análise e Desenvolvimento de Sistemas e Engenharias de Computação e de Controle e Automação, tendo como principal objetivo motivar a discussão sobre a migração e refúgio, a partir de uma comunicação mais efetiva de migrantes em situação de vulnerabilidade social bem como de seu acesso aos serviços públicos, por meio da implementação de um aplicativo mobile gratuito |
