| Resumen en español | El presente artículo tiene tres objetivos generales, en primer lugar brindar una visión actualizada de los principales diseños de investigación cualitativos, en segundo lugar revisar el análisis de los datos y los criterios para evaluar el rigor metodológico, y en tercer lugar, plantear algunos retos, desde dos ángulos, por un lado, la vinculación con las nuevas tecnologías de la información y comunicación y por otro, la posibilidad del trabajo conjunto entre la investigación cuantitativa y la cualitativa en lo que se ha dado por llamar los enfoques mixtos |
