| Resumen en español | Este artículo busca destacar el reconocimiento de derechos fundamentales, repasando el reconocimiento progresivo en cada Constitución, buscamos identificar la consagración constitucional de los derechos humanos en el Perú en su etapa Republicana en el marco de su aniversario del bicentenario. Es un trabajo propuesto desde dos enfoques, uno reconocer la estructura del Estado peruano a nivel de las 12 Constituciones, y en segundo lugar identificar los derechos fundamentales reconocidos en ellas, ayudando para entender estos, el período histórico que tocó vivir a cada Constitución, consideramos que esta investigación más adelante, buscará justificar el fondo en el reconocimiento en cada derecho |
| Resumen en inglés | This article seeks to highlight the recognition of fundamental rights, reviewing the progressive recognition in each Constitution, we seek to identify the constitutional consecration of human rights in Peru in its Republican stage within the framework of its bicentennial anniversary. It is a work proposed from two approaches, one to recognize the structure of the Peruvian State at the level of the 12 Constitutions, and secondly to identify the fundamental rights recognized in them, helping to understand these, the historical period that each Constitution had to live, we consider that this research later, will seek to justify the merits in the recognition of each right |
