| Resumen en español | La Ciudad de México tiene graves problemas de movilidad social, tanto por parte de los conductores particulares de automotores como de los usuarios del transporte urbano público de pasajeros (TUPP) para satisfacer sus necesidades de traslado. Esta problemática se debe a los grandes congestionamientos vehiculares y por el déficit de infraestructura del TUPP para cubrir la demanda de transporte. Para direccionar la presente investigación se propone el siguiente objetivo general: Determinar los factores que inciden en el desempeño de las políticas públicas en su relación con la infraestructura del TUPP en la Ciudad de México, como una alternativa de solución. Y la siguiente hipótesis: La Infraestructura del TUPP en la Ciudad de México dependerá de su relación con el desempeño de la gestión de las políticas públicas. Para el desarrollo de esta investigación se realizó una revisión bibliográfica para seleccionar las investigaciones de frontera, sus modelos de valuación y se efectuó un análisis de las variables para diseñar un instrumento de evaluación Likert, el cual se validó mediante el uso de estadísticos y técnicas de regresión y correlación, usando una muestra representativa de directivos, empleados y usuarios del TUPP, así como de datos estadísticos de la Secretaría de Transporte y Vialidad (Setravi) de la Ciudad de México. Se concluyó que la gestión de las políticas públicas sí presentan una relación significativa que influye sobre la infraestructura del TUPP y la explican en 98%. También se concluyó que las políticas que más impactan son las de gasto público, subsidios y tarifas, debido a su incidencia significativa en la infraestructura del TUPP |
| Resumen en inglés | The Mexico City, it exhibits problems of social mobility, so much on the part of the particular drivers of cars, since of the users of the passengers' urban public transport (TUPP) to satisfy his needs of movement. Problem propitiated by the big traffic jam and by the deficit of infrastructure of the TUPP, to cover the demand of transport. To orientate the investigation proposes the following general aim it; to determine the factors that affect in the performance of the public policies in his relation with the infrastructure of the TUPP in the Mexico City, as an alternative of solution. And the following hypothesis; The Infrastructure of the TUPP in the Mexico City will depend on his relation, with the performance of the management of the public policies. For the development of this investigation a bibliographical investigation was realized, to select the investigations of border, his models of appraisal and it realized an analysis of the variables to design an instrument of evaluation Likert, which was validated and reliability by means of the statistics use and technologies of regression and correlation, using a representative sample of executives, employees, and users of the TUPP. And of statistical information of the secretaría of Transport and Vialidad (SETRAVI), of the Mexico City. One concluded that the management of the public policies, yes they present a significant relation that influences the infrastructure of the TUPP and explain it in 98%. Also one concluded that the factors that more strike are those of public expenditure, subsidies and tariff, due to his significant incident in the infrastructure of the TUPP |
