| Resumen en inglés | This article pursues a double objective: on the one hand, to weigh the results of the two transitional justice instances created by decree of President Andrés Manuel López Obrador (2018-2024): the Commission for Truth and Access to Justice in the Ayotzinapa Case and the Commission for Access to Truth, Historical Clarification and the Promotion of Justice for Serious Human Rights Violations Committed from 1965 to 1990. On the other hand, to observe how the actors responsible for human rights violations behaved in relation to the investigative work of the Commissions, and to assess whether this had an impact on the results obtained and the achievement of their tasks. |
| Resumen en español | El presente artículo persigue un doble objetivo: por un lado, ponderar los resultados de las dos instancias de justicia transicional creadas por decreto del presidente Andrés Manuel López Obrador (2018-2024): la Comisión para la verdad y acceso a la justicia del caso Ayotzinapa y la Comisión para el acceso a la verdad, el esclarecimiento histórico y el impulso a la justicia de las violaciones graves a los derechos humanos cometidas de 1965 a 1990. Por el otro, observar cómo se comportaron los actores responsables de las violaciones de derechos humanos con relación a las labores de investigación de las Comisiones, y valorar si ello incidió en los resultados obtenidos y en el logro de sus cometidos. |
