| Resumen en español | Este trabajo se propone aportar elementos para el diálogo impostergable de la filosofía hermenéutica de Gadamer con la obra de Nietzsche. De la versión que da Gadamer del desencuentro inicial con el Zaratustra, pasamos al recuento que él hace del auge creciente de la interpretación, término que gracias a Nietzsche llega a simbolizar la actitud de la época moderna. Gadamer insiste, sin embargo, en trazar cuidadosamente los límites de la hermenéutica dentro del horizonte ampliado por el psicoanálisis y la crítica ideológica. Frente a las ilusiones de la autoconciencia y a la ingenuidad positivista de la noción de hecho, el lenguaje es para Gadamer el medio natural de mediación especular de todo lo que es, medio en el que se realiza la comprensión en forma de interpretación, la cual permite que los sentidos que nos son legados hablen en cada situación. Al final señalamos las ventajas de abordar a la filosofía hermenéutica a partir de Nietzsche, para quien la interpretación reviste también carácter ontológico. Consideramos, eso sí, contraproducente oponer a la dinámica vital de la interpretación en Nietzsche una noción totalizante y metafísica de sentido en Gadamer, dada la alta movilidad de la experiencia hermenéutica en la que cada vez que se comprende se comprende de manera distinta |
| Resumen en inglés | This paper pretends to give elements for the urgent dialogue between Gadamer’s hermeneutic philosophy and Nietzsche’s work. From the version given by Gadamer of the initial disencounter with the Zarathustra, we move on to the count made by him of the growing height of interpretation, term that because of Nietzsche comes to symbolize the stance of the modern age. Gadamer insists, however, in carefully drawing the limits of hermeneutics within the horizon that has been enlarged by means of psychoanalysis and ideological critique. Facing the illusions of self conscience and the positivist ingenuity of the notion of fact, language is to Gadamer the natural context of specular mediation of everything that is. Such context is one in which the comprehension as interpretation is made, permitting the senses that have been bestowed upon us to speak in each situation. Towards the end we will signal the advantages of approaching hermeneutic philosophy from Nietzsche, for whom interpretation possesses also ontological character. We do consider counterproductive to oppose to the vital dynamics of interpretation in Nietzsche a totalizing and metaphysic notion of meaning in Gadamer, given the high mobility of hermeneutic experience in which each time that something is comprehended, it is comprehended in a different way |
