Resumen en inglés | Teachers today , faced with new challenges, find it essential to constantly improve their profesional performance in the exercise of their profession, so it is necessary to strengthen their educational influences in direct relationship with the families of the students, without losing sigth of its mision: to educate them and contribute to their preparation for adult and independent life. The family, for its parts, its primarily responsible for this process occurring, so it must also contribute to this task, which is included in the recently approved Family Code, reference is made to article 5 of this code that deals with the rights of children and adolescents in the family environment, issue n which the educational sector should note detached, but should ensure compliance with what is stipulated, having to provide them with theoretical, practical and methodological tools that focus their intervention towards their growth and development. The objective of this work is to propose a system of activities for the profesional pedagogical performance of the primary teacher throug family education schools and the family code.. Among the methods used, documentary analysis and the survey applied to teacher were used; whose essential lay in the lack of resources for teachers to work whit families from family education schools on the rights of children in their daily practice, hence the importance of the proposed system of activities. |
Resumen en español | Los docentes en la actualidad, ante los nuevos retos, les resulta imprescindible su permanente superación para elevar su desempeño en el ejercicio de su profesión, por lo que es necesario potenciar sus influencias educativas en relación directa con la familia de los educandos, sin perder de vista su misión: educarlos y contribuir a su preparación para la vida adulta e independiente. La familia, por su parte, es la principal responsable de que ocurra este proceso, por lo que también debe contribuir con esta tarea, la cual se recoge en el recién aprobado Código de las Familias, se hace referencia al artículo 5 de este código que trata sobre los derechos de la infancia y la adolescencia en el ámbito familiar, cuestión en la cual el sector educacional no debe desligarse, sino que debe velar por el cumplimiento de lo estipulado, teniendo que dotarlas de herramientas teóricas, prácticas y metodológicas que centren su intervención hacia su crecimiento y desarrollo. El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo proponer un sistema de actividades para el desempeño profesional pedagógico del docente primario mediante las escuelas de educación familiar y el Código de las Familias. Entre los métodos empleados se utilizó el análisis documental y una encuesta aplicada a los docentes; cuyo resultado esencial radicó en la carencia de los docentes de recursos para el trabajo con las familias desde las escuelas de educación familiar sobre los derechos de la infancia en su práctica cotidiana, de ahí la importancia efectividad del sistema de actividades propuesta.Abstract Teachers today , faced with new challenges, find it essential to constantly improve their profesional performance in the exercise of their profession, so it is necessary to strengthen their educational influences in direct relationship with the families of the students, without losing sigth of its mision: to educate them and contribute to their preparation for adult and independent life.
