Resumen en inglés | The work with the Educational Project is a continuation of systematic efforts to help educational institutions and modalities become spaces for the participation of the different groups of teachers, families, and members of the community. This way of working in the institution has the possibility of being introduced both in urban and rural centers, considering their specificities, as well as the development and perspectives of the region and the territory where they are located, given their contextualized nature. and flexible. The educational project becomes a work strategy that promotes the transformation of the school as the most important cultural center and implies a change in the conception of the organization of the institution, since it is about making the entire educational community participate in the decision making. The objective of this work is proposed: The implementation of group projects in the three moments of the development of the primary school in the Eterno Baraguá school from the institutional educational project. |
Resumen en español | El trabajo con el Proyecto educativo es continuidad de sistemáticos esfuerzos para contribuir a que las instituciones y modalidades educativas se conviertan en espacios de participación de los diferentes colectivos de docentes, familias, miembros de la comunidad. Esta forma de trabajar en la institución tiene la posibilidad de ser introducida tanto en los centros urbanos como rurales, considerando las especificidades de estos, así como el propio desarrollo y perspectivas de la región y el territorio donde se encuentran los mismos, dado su carácter contextualizado y flexible. El Proyecto educativo se convierte en una estrategia de trabajo que potencia la transformación de la escuela como centro cultural más importante e implica un cambio en la concepción de la organización de la institución, ya que se trata de hacer participar a toda la comunidad educativa en la toma de decisiones. Se propone como objetivo de este trabajo: La implementación de proyectos de grupo en los tres momentos del desarrollo del escolar primario en la escuela Eterno Baraguá desde el proyecto educativo institucional.
