| Resumen en inglés | What are the bonds that exist between the name and the law? Between the law and the universal? Psychoanalysis shows us that an unconcious knowledge follows the speech and ties it again to the real. Freud discovers that free associations are not completely free. According to Lacan they are reconnected through invisible ties that are set in motion by an unconscious subject. What is the bond between the unconscious and sexuality? In what way they can make sense. The analyst’s sets the unconscious moving, allows the universal to resume the unique, to change and construct the subject. In the same way the lawmaker, as also the politician should care that the law bears a bond to the legal, as to allow to democracy not only to continue alive at the city, but also to renew itself |
| Resumen en portugués | Que relação existe entre o nome e a lei? Entre o direito e o universal? A psicanálise nos mostra que existe um saber inconsciente, que acompanha o discurso e o religa ao real. Freud descobre que as associações livres não são totalmente livres. Segundo Lacan elas são religadas por fios invisíveis que são postos em movimento por um sujeito inconsciente. Que relação existe ainda entre inconsciente e sexualidade? De que maneira eles podem fazer sentido? O trabalho do analista coloca o inconsciente em movimento, permite ao universal reencontrar o singular e transformar e construir o sujeito. Assim também o jurista, bem como o político, deveriam velar para que a lei esteja em relação com o direito, a fim de permitir à democracia não somente continuar viva na cidade, mas renovar-se |
