| Resumen en inglés | When addressing the work of this Guajiro researcher, it is done from two perspectives, in one, like the human being, the person who is anchored in his roots and his land was interested in capturing it in his investigative work; the second look, from the professional researcher and linguist who took pains to get into their roots and their cultural traces in the northern Colombian peninsula of La Guajira. It is the purpose of this text, therefore, to know and understand, from a phenomenal approach, the life and contributions of Justo Francisco Pérez van-Leenden as an invitation to expand it, deepen it and extend it to other guajiros-as researchers and researchers. Caribbean region of Colombia that nourish education and teaching-research activity in the context of the northern part of the country. |
| Resumen en español | Al abordar la labor de este investigador guajiro se hace desde dos perspectivas, en una, como el ser humano, la persona que anclada en sus raíces y su tierra le interesó plasmarla en su labor investigativa; la segunda mirada, desde el profesional investiga- dor y lingüista, se esmeró en adentrarse en sus raíces y las huellas culturales de estas en la septentrional península colombiana de La Guajira. Es propósito de este texto, por tanto, conocer y comprender, desde un enfoque fenoménico, la vida y aportes de Justo Francisco Pérez van-Leenden como una invitación a ampliarla, profundizarla y extenderla a otros-as investigadores-as guajiros-as y de la región Caribe de Colombia que nutren a la educación y la actividad docente-investigativa en el contexto de la zona norte del país. |
