| Resumen en inglés | This article has as a purpose to make evident the advance of the biodiesel production in Brazil from the institution of the Production National Program and Biodiesel Use (PN PB), in 2004. It contextualizes the chain of production and the biodiesel use in Goiás State, having as a reference the reality of a factory recently installed in Porangatu town, Goiás State, pointing out the main actors involved in this process. The text is started with a synthesis about the biodiesel production in Brazil presenting the main governmental programs and regulations which encouraged the biofuels in the country. As follows, a discussion is carried out about the biodiesel productive chain in the context of the factory Bionasa Natural Fuel S.A. The choice of this theme was due to the biodiesel insertion in the Brazilian energetic matrix. By being a source of alternative energy, the biodiesel becomes a promising vector in the creation of job and in come by seeking the insertion of the family agriculture in association with the industrial producers. But, the uncertainty which permeates the discussions shows us that it still has a long track to be covered to answer the craving of the actors involved in the biodiesel production in Porangatu town |
| Resumen en portugués | Esse artigo tem o propósito de evidenciar o avanço da produção do biodiesel no Brasil a partir da instituição do Programa Nacional de Produção e Uso de Biodiesel (PNPB), em 2004. Contextualiza a cadeia de produção e uso do biodiesel em Goiás, tendo como referência a realidade de uma usina recentemente instalada no município de Porangatu/GO, destacando os principais atores envolvidos nesse processo. I nicia - se o texto com um a síntese sobre a produção de biodiesel no Brasil apresentando os princi pais programas e regulamentações governamentais que incentivaram os biocombustíveis no país . Em seguida , realiza - se uma discussão sobre a cadeia produtiva do biodiesel no contexto da usina Bionasa Combustível Natural S.A. A escolha dessa temática deve - se à inserção do biodiesel na matriz energética brasileira . Por ser uma fonte de energia alternativa, o biodiesel torna - se um vetor promissor na geração de emprego e renda por buscar a inserção da agricultura familiar em parceria com os produtores industriais. Mas a incerteza que permeia as discussões nos mostra que ainda há um longo caminho a ser percorrido para se atender a os anseios dos diferentes atores envolvidos na produção de biodiesel no município de Porangatu/GO |
