| Resumen en español | La presente investigación tiene como objetivo analizar el impacto del capital intelectual, identificando el valor de este activo intangible en las empresas agroalimentarias del cantón Ambato, a partir de la medición realizada por estudiantes de la Facultad de Administración de Empresas de Universidades Privadas, como instrumento de contribución a la producción científica y aporte a la sociedad. El estudio contiene los elementos metodológicos, caracterizados por un enfoque cualitativo y cuantitativo, de tipo no experimental, longitudinal y descriptivo. La modalidad de investigación es de campo, se aplicó la técnica de encuesta a los directivos de las empresas Bioalimentar, Avipaz, Avihol y Nutrisalminsa; además, el trabajo es bibliográfico- documental por la aplicación del análisis de documentos. El estudio finaliza con el cálculo del capital intelectual de las empresas, para ello los docentes y alumnos de las Facultades de administración de Empresas aplicaron el modelo Skandia. |
| Resumen en inglés | The objective of this research is to analyze the impact of intellectual capital, identifying the value of this intangible asset in the agri-food companies of the Ambato canton, based on the measurement made by students of the Faculty of Business Administration of Private Universities, as an instrument of contribution to scientific production and contribution to society. The study contains the methodological elements, characterized by a qualitative and quantitative, non-experimental, longitudinal and descriptive approach. The research modality is field research, the survey technique was applied to the managers of the companies Bioalimentar, Avipaz, Avihol and Nutrisalminsa; in addition, the work is bibliographic-documentary by the application of the analysis of documents. The study ends with the calculation of the intellectual capital of the companies, for this purpose the teachers and students of the Faculties of Business Administration applied the Skandia model. |
