Resumen en inglés | The use of plants whith biocides properties is an important technological instrument inside the ecological handling of plagues. In this work the effect of extracts obtained from leaves of Tagetes erecta L in different doses in the control “in vitro” of Alternaria porri, Alternaria solani, Cladosporium fulvum and Cercospora beticola, causing agents of illneesses in three horticultural crops, was evaluated. Extracts were obtained by percolation method with 70% ethanol, solvent was eliminated by rotoevaporation. Bioassays were arranged in a totally randomized design and the fungi were isolated from ill material collected in farm. The colony growth during seven days in the different treatments, in which are included a negative control without extract and positive one (which is actually a commercial fungicide) have bee evaluated. Doses of 1g/L of the extract inhibited the groth of A. solani, Cladosporium fulvum and Cercospora beticola being higher to the zineb. In this work is showed the following data: pH, IR, colour, taste, smelt and the results of phytochemical study of the extracts |
