| Resumen en español | La presente investigación tiene como objetivo caracterizar la selección deportiva como fenómeno universal, con énfasis en el tratamiento de la dimensión social en el momento inicial de este proceso en la base. Para el estudio actual, la carencia de indicadores sociales, con vista a una caracterización más profunda de los sujetos seleccionados constituye razón de análisis y ocupación, específicamente en la selección inicial de talentos deportivos en el Atletismo. Sobre todo si se consideran las limitaciones existentes en las teorías consultadas respecto al tratamiento de aspectos socioculturales y ambientales tales como (las particularidades de la geografía de los territorios, las condiciones de vida, la cultura, costumbres entre otros. Como parte de la contribución en el estudio en lo práctico se concreta en el contenido de la metodología como soporte instrumental de la concepción teórica. Atemperada la misma a las indicaciones metodológicas, estructura, relaciones y funciones que se establecen entre las etapas, momentos y acciones de cara a las transformaciones necesarias del objeto de estudio |
| Resumen en inglés | The research aims to deepen the object of study, where sports selection is characterized as a universal phenomenon, with emphasis on the treatment of the social dimension at the initial moment of this process at the base. For the current study, the lack of social indicators, with a view to a deeper characterization of the selected subjects constitutes a reason for analysis and occupation, specifically in the initial selection of sports talents in Athletics, given the limitations that can be seen in theories consulted regarding the treatment of sociocultural and environmental aspects such as (the particularities of the geography of the territories, the living conditions, the culture, customs among others.) As part of the contribution in the study in practice it is specified in the content of the methodology as instrumental support of the theoretical conception, tempered to the methodological indications, structure, relationships and functions that are established between the stages, moments and actions in view of the necessary transformations of the object of study |
