Resumen en español | Al observar los altos índices de criminalidad que se vienen desarrollando en el país de Colombia, surge la necesidad de una investigación que abra caminos para disminuir las cifras establecidas mes a mes del delito hurto, con el apoyo de la integración del derecho penal y del marketing social para la prevención del delito. La presente publicación es producto de la investigación realizada en 2014 en una de las comunas de la ciudad de Villavicencio, Colombia, con el objetivo general de aplicar el Marketing Social para la prevención del delito hurto cometido por jóvenes entre los 17 a 30 años de edad, centradas en las hipótesis del grado de punibilidad y tipo del delito versus variables propias del imputado como: edad, género, escolaridad, ocupación y hora en que cometen el delito. Se encontró el perfil del delincuente y su conducta, con clara ubicación geográfica que permitió desarrollar un modelo predictor para identificar al probable delincuente y desarrollar acciones del marketing social para disminuir la incidencia del delito hurto en esta comuna. Se identificaron las características del delito hurto a personas del mismo barrio, determinando su perfil, problemática y posibles soluciones; con el marco de referencia del marketing social, la administración, el derecho penal, las bases de datos proporcionadas por la Policía Metropolitana y con el apoyo de la comunidad, se generaron estrategias encaminadas a la prevención del delito |
Resumen en inglés | Observing the high crime rates that are developing in the country of Colombia, the need arises for an investigation that will open ways to reduce the figures established month by month of the crime, with the support of the integration of criminal law and marketing Prevention of crime. This publication is a product of the research carried out in 2014 in one of the communes of the city of Villavicencio, Colombia, with the general objective of applying Social Marketing for the prevention of theft committed by young people between 17 and 30 years; focusing on the hypothesis of the degree of punishability and type of crime versus variables of the defendant such as: age, gender, schooling, occupation and time of committing the crime. The profile of the offender and his behavior were found, with a clear geographic location that allowed the development of a predictor model to identify the probable delinquent and to develop social marketing actions to reduce the incidence of theft crime in this commune. The characteristics of the theft crime were identified to people of the same neighborhood, determining its profile, problematic and possible solutions; the framework of social marketing, administration, criminal law, databases provided by the Metropolitan Police and with the support of the community, strategies were developed to prevent crime |
