| Resumen en inglés | This study presents reflections about chronic illness due to Cystic Fibrosis in children and adolescents, repercussions in their daily lives from the diagnosis and the introduction of a daily medication / treatment routine, implying transformations, constructions and deconstructions in the life experience of the mother woman as the primary caregiver. Thus, it is based on the conceptions of dialectical materialism, on the approach to the category of gender and on the social and sexual division of labor, in order to make considerations regarding the permanence of the domestic work delegated to the feminine and the implications with the practices of care |
| Resumen en portugués | Este estudo apresenta reflexões acerca do adoecimento crônico por Fibrose Cística em crianças e adolescentes, as repercussões em sua cotidianidade a partir do diagnóstico e a introdução de uma rotina de medicamentos/tratamentos diários, implicando em transformações, construções e desconstruções na vivência da mulher-mãe como cuidadora principal. Deste modo, pauta-se nas concepções do materialismo dialético, na abordagem da categoria de gênero e na divisão social e sexual do trabalho, a fim de tecer considerações frente à permanência do trabalho doméstico delegado ao feminino e as implicações com as práticas de cuidado |
