| Resumen en español | El presente artículo busca establecer una comparación entre el método de creación colectiva creado por artistas surrealistas y dadaístas llamado"cadáver exquisito" y la creación del derecho. La búsqueda de este artículo y sus paralelos buscan demostrar que en el derecho existe una fuerte relación entre la incoherencia y su creación y que ésta se transmite a su interior de manera palpable. A su vez, se busca establecer la relación entre el anonimato en la obra (elemento importante de cadáver exquisito) y el anonimato en la creación del derecho. Busca el artículo presentar la creación del derecho como un proceso en el que el rigor, aunque presente, sirve a distintos fines que no sólo tienen por objeto la búsqueda de la aplicación completa y absoluta del derecho |
| Resumen en inglés | The present article seeks establish a contrast between the method of collective creation created by surrealist and Dadaist artist called the ìExquisite corpseî and his relation with the law creation. The search of this article and their parallels wants to show that in the law exists a strong relation between incoherence and his creation and that this incoherence transmits in his interior in a very flagrant way. In other way, the article seeks to establish the relation in the anonymous in the work (an important element in the exquisite corpse) and the anonymous in the creation of the law. This article wants to present the creation or law like a process that not lacks of rigor, but that serves many different purposes that not only have as object the search of the complete and absolute application of the law |
