| Resumen en español | La ecología social es la rama del conocimiento encargada del estudio de todas las relaciones que establece el hombre en su comunidad, ya sea de tipo natural o social, juega un rol medular en la comprensión del sistema hombre-entorno. El objetivo de este artículo es analizar la estrecha relación entre los conceptos ecología social, cultura organizacional y valores, entendiendo que la forma de gestionar la primera, solo será posible a través de otras categorías con amplio potencial regulador del comportamiento organizacional e individual. Se utiliza el análisis teórico mediante el método histórico y lógico de los principales conceptos y categorías. Dentro de los resultados se encuentra la importancia de la ecología social, pasando de ser una filosofía a convertirse en un contenido psicológico con amplia expresión en la regulación de la conducta |
| Resumen en inglés | The social ecology is the branch of the knowledge in charge of the study of all the relationships that the man settles down in his community, either of natural or social type, it plays a medullary list in the understanding of the system man-environment. The objective of this article is to analyze the narrow relationship among the concepts social ecology, organizational culture and value, understanding that the form of negotiating the first, alone will be possible through other categories with wide potential regulator of the organizational behavior and singular. The theoretical analysis is used by means of the historical and logical method of the main concepts and categories.
