| Resumen en portugués | A implicação filosófica que guia o problema aqui tratado é a seguinte: como o princípio do comum se constitui em apófase frontal ao princípio da propriedade, nas democracias contemporâneas? Não se pretende oferecer uma resposta exaustiva para esse problema. No entanto, utiliza-se a estratégia argumentativa de dividir este escrito em três seções: (i) investigar especulativamente a tensão dialética entre o princípio do comum e o princípio da propriedade; (ii) observar analiticamente a premissa que se coloca como contribuição às práticas comportamentais de individualismo exacerbado, como ato de aversão ao princípio do comum e (iii) deter-se na articulação da noção de princípio do comum, como fator que está presente no limiar entre o vulgar filosófico e o universal filosófico. Por fim, fazem-se algumas considerações que problematizam a noção naturalizada de princípio da propriedade, nas democracias atuais, tendo em vista o poder constituinte que o princípio do comum detém na perspectiva de realização do bem-estar dos agentes humanos, na vida comunitária contemporânea. |
| Resumen en inglés | The philosophical implication that guides the issue addressed here is the following: how does the principle of the common constitute a frontal apophasis to the principle of property in contemporary democracies? I do not pretend to offer an exhaustive answer to this problem. However, I use the argumentative strategy of dividing this paper into three sections: (i) theoretically investigate the dialectical tension between the principle of the common and the principle of property; (ii) analytically observe the premise that the behavioral practices of exacerbated individualism contribute as an act of aversion to the principle of the common and (iii) dwell on the articulation of the notion of the principle of the common as a factor that is present on the threshold between the philosophical vulgar and philosophical universal. Finally, I form some considerations that problematize the naturalized notion of the principle of property in current democracies, in view of the constituent power that the principle of the common holds in the perspective of achieving the well-being of human agents in contemporary community life. |
