| Resumen en español | El Movimiento de Izquierda Revolucionaria chileno (MIR) nacido en el año 1965, producto final de una agrupación de distintas fuerzas revolucionarias chilenas, desarrolló tres Congresos Nacionales en su larga vida política. De ese modo, el Tercer Congreso del MIR (1967) originó un cambio generacional dentro del buró político de la organización, generando que los viejos revolucionarios que comandaban la organización desde la fundación salieran de los puestos del Secretariado Nacional y del Comité Central, incorporándose a ellos una generación “joven” que prontamente realizó cambios en la estructura partidaria. Así, jóvenes como Miguel Enríquez, Bautista Van Schouwen, Luciano Cruz o Andrés Pascal Allende tutelarán la organización desde el año 1967 palpándose rápidamente cambios en la orgánica inicial y permeando los discursos y la propia militancia mirista. | Resumen en inglés | The Revolutionary Left Movement (MIR) born in 1965 and the end product of an alliance of several Chilean revolutionary forces, experienced three national congresses in his long political life. Thus, the Third Congress of the MIR (1967) led to a generational change within the organization’s political bureau, creating the old revolutionaries who commanded the organization from the foundation came out of seats in the National Secretariat of the Central Committee and entering them a “young” generation, who promptly made changes in the party structure. So, young Miguel Enriquez, Bautista Van Schouwen, Luciano Cruz and Andres Pascal Allende will maintain the organization since 1967 quickly patting organic changes in initial and permeate discourses and MIR own membership.
