| Resumen en inglés | The day may be cloudy and clouds may be covering the sky, but the sun is out there and men and nature wait for its shine. There are human dramas, difficult situations which obfuscate our existence. The dark periods of existence affect the lives of believers and make them feel that God has abandoned them. The divine hideout creates a lack, a thirst for God, a wish of meeting Him – consequently, there is a search. There is an abundance of opportunities to find Him nowadays, although many of them should be more serious and have the correct balance. Despite that, they have in common the fact of revealing the thirst for God of the modern man. This article tries to approach this topic by having the biblical texts as bases. There is an attempt of correlating the search with the meeting between the Psalms 42-43 and Luke 2,25-38, and also between the Song of Solomon 3,1-5; 5,2-6,3 and John 20,11-18. The texts from the New Testament tell about the manifestation and resurrection of Jesus, introducing him as the one who came to fulfill the human search. God hides because He doesn’t want the experience we have with Him to become stagnant |
| Resumen en portugués | O dia pode estar nublado e nuvens escuras encobrindo o céu, mas o sol está ali e os homens e a natureza esperam pelo seu brilho. Existem dramas humanos, circunstâncias difíceis que obscurem a existência. São as noites escuras da vida que abalam o crente e lhe dão a sensação de que Deus se escondeu. O escondimento divino faz irromper no homem sua carência do Amado, sua sede de Deus, seu desejo de encontrá- Lo – consequentemente, ele parte para a busca. Abundam hoje as ofertas de encontro com Ele, embora muitas delas careçam de seriedade e do necessário equilíbrio. Todavia, elas têm em comum o fato de revelarem a sede que o homem moderno tem de Deus. Este artigo tenta abordar esta temática a partir dos textos bíblicos. Tentase estabelecer dois paralelos de busca e encontro do Amado entre o Sl 42-43 e Lc 2,25-38 e entre Ct 3,1-5; 5,2-6,3 e Jo 20,11-18. Os textos neotestamentários cobrem o arco manifestação-ressurreição de Jesus, apresentando-o como aquele que veio aoencontro da busca humana.
