| Resumen en inglés | Basing on the concept of society of risk, this article has the purpose to comprehend the transformations of social institutions, with the objective of delineated the elements current of construction of cultural identity. Consequently, the tendency for diversification of Standards that orientates the human being behavior is here explained in last stand, it is founded over and over more autonomous for deciding your own destiny, accordingly, to realize the choice of values that will guide the way of acting, felling and thinking. For that, the economic, social, cultural and politic dimensions are placed in the same analyzing plan; with the intention of apprehend the process of institutionalization of multiple behavior references. In different ways, in the economic field it’s showed changes that happen in the world since 1980, that it’s certificated the disappear of casual activities and consequently the increase the requirement that appeals to subjectification of the worker while working; refereeing to social and cultural aspects and the intensely inserting of women in the work market and the inclination to amplification of the number of women that are equaling the base, and the options of family construction or taking manners to increase the professional competition; the invalidation of the hierarchization that target man-woman, elderly- younger, whitemanblackman, heterosexual-homosexual, the emerge of new ways of marital unions, the autonomy of the individuals in an acquirement of structuring elements from their religious belief; in the politics way the displacement of the power of the traditional groups, in the refusal of this fundament in the arrangement secularity legitimized and the appearance of new arena of discussions and of manifestation of thoughts |
| Resumen en portugués | A partir o conceito de sociedade de risco, busca-se nesse artigo compreender as transformações das instituições sociais com o objetivo de delinear os elementos atualmente constituintes da construção da identidade cultural. Assim, faz-se aqui uma explicitação da tendência para a diversificação de padrões orientadores dos comportamentos das pessoas que, em última instância, encontramse cada vez mais autônomas para decidir acerca de seu próprio destino, portanto, para realizar a opção dos valores que irão balizar o seu modo de agir, pensar e sentir. Para tanto, as dimensões econômica, social, cultural e política são colocadas num mesmo plano de análise, com a intenção de apreender o processo de institucionalização dessas múltiplas referências comportamentais, que se assiste na sociedade contemporânea. Dentre outros fatores, trazem-se à tona, no campo econômico, as mudanças ocorridas no mundo do trabalho a partir dos anos 1980, em que se verifica o desaparecimento das atividades rotineiras e, por conseguinte, a ampliação de requisitos que fazem apelo à subjetivação do trabalhador no exercício de suas tarefas; no que se refere a aspectos sociais e culturais, referencia-se a inserção intensiva da mulher no mercado de trabalho, a tendência para a ampliação do número de mulheres que cada vez mais colocam num mesmo patamar a opção de constituir família ou adotar medidas para ampliação de sua competitividade profissional, a deslegitimação da hierarquização que segmenta homem-mulher, velho-jovem, branconegro, heterossexual-homossexual, o surgimento de novas formas de uniões conjugais, a autonomia do indivíduo na aquisição de elementos formadores de sua crença religiosa; e, no âmbito político, o deslocamento do poder dos grupos tradicionais, da negação de seu fundamento nas disposições secularmente legitimadas e o surgimento e novas arenas de debate e de manifestação de idéias |
