| Resumen en español | El presente artículo es un comentario sobre la obra constitución del poeta español Marcos Canteli (2016): una re-organización de las palabras que conforman el texto la Constitución Española de 1978 en orden alfabético. Este trabajo es abordado desde el concepto de poesía dialógica (Ramazani, 2013), como un poema que se constituye en la conversación con un género nopoético (el texto legal). Se revisan otros casos de transcripción poética de textos legales –nachschrift de Heimrad Bäcker (1986) y ¿CONSTITUCIÓN ESPAÑOLA? de Roberto Equisoain (2015)– y algunos efectos que tienen sobre la lectura de sus "originales". Usando los materiales básicos de la Constitución Española, cons ti tu ci ón construye la partitura de un poema sonoro, cambiando la naturaleza del texto constitucional (de objeto textual a evento o performance verbal) y volviendo así evidentes sus insistencias y omisiones, de otro modo inaudibles. | Resumen en inglés | The present article is a commentary on the work cons ti tu ci ón (2016) by Spanish poet Marcos Canteli: a re-organization of the words comprised by the text of the Spanish Constitution from 1978 in alphabetical order. This work is addressed through the concept of dialogic poetry (Ramazani, 2013), as a poem that draws on the conversation with a non-poetic genre (the legal text). Other cases of poetic transcription of legal texts are reviewed –nachschrift by Heimrad Bäcker (1986) and ¿CONSTITUCIÓN ESPAÑOLA? by Roberto Equisoain (2015)– pointing towards some of the effects they have over the reading of their "originals". Using the basic materials of the Spanish Constitution, cons ti tu ci ón produces the score of a sound poem, changing the nature of the constitutional text (from textual object to verbal performance or event) thus making evident its insistences and omissions, otherwise inaudible |
