| Resumen en inglés | The subject of bioethics, currently, is in full swing and, therefore, there begins an intervention in the various life sciences and social sciences, including law. This intervention could be considered as an invader of law, if specific limits are not observed.The purpose of this article is to capture an objective perspective of the relationship and operation between bioethics and law and, for this, through a bibliographic investigation the conceptualization of "law", "bioethics" was embodied; Likewise, there was an imminent relationship between them, as it is: the practical, legislative and interpretive connection. Finally, the limits that bioethics must observe when intervening in the competence of the law, this, with the purpose of not empowering the first versus the second. | Otro resumen | El tema de la bioética, actualmente, se encuentra en su pleno auge y, es por ello que, ésta comienza a intervenir en las diversas ciencias de la vida y ciencias sociales, entre ellas el derecho. Esta intervención podría ser considerada como invasora del derecho, si es que no se observan determinados límites.El objeto de éste artículo es plasmar una perspectiva objetiva de la relación y operación existente entre la bioética y el derecho y, para ello, a través de una investigación bibliográfica se plasmó la conceptualización de derecho, bioética; asimismo, se plasmó inminente relación que existe entre éstos, como lo es: la conexión práctica, legislativa e interpretativa. Por último, se plasmaron los límites que la bioética debe de observar al intervenir en la competencia del derecho, esto, con la finalidad de no empoderar a la primera frente a la segunda |
