| Resumen en español | El acceso a la información y el acceso a la justicia son derechos fundamentales que guardan un vínculo sinérgico, sin embargo, poco se ha profundizado sobre ello y sus retos ante la actual crisis ambiental. En este contexto, el presente trabajo tiene como objetivo analizar la importancia del acceso a la información como elemento neguentrópico para la justicia ambiental, lo anterior a partir del estudio del amparo en revisión 307/2016, resuelto por la Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Nación (SCJN-México), donde vecinas de la Laguna del Carpintero, en el municipio de Tampico, Tamaulipas, reclamaron la violación de su derecho a un medio ambiente sano. Este análisis intenta contribuir con la búsqueda y construcción de nuevas comprensiones y herramientas que permitan avanzar en la concreción efectiva del derecho de acceso a la justicia ambiental |
| Resumen en inglés | Access to information and access to justice are fundamental rights that have a synergistic link. However, little has been studied about them and their challenges in the face of the current environmental crisis. In this context, the present work aims to analyze the importance of access to information as a negentropic element for environmental justice in the above mentioned from the study of the Amparo in review 307/2016, resolved by the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation, (SCJN-Mexico), where residents of Laguna del Carpintero, in the municipality of Tampico, Tamaulipas, claimed the violation of their right to a healthy environment. This analysis attempts to contribute to the search and construction of new understandings and tools that allow progress in the effective realization of the rights of access to environmental justice |
