| Resumen en español | La investigación de proceso y resultado en psicoterapia ha comprendido el vínculo terapéutico como el principal responsable del cambio en psicoterapia. Actualmente no existe orientación psicoterapéutica que no reconozca el rol del vínculo en la terapia exitosa. En el presente trabajo revisaremos la evolución del concepto de vínculo terapéutico, para comprender cómo ha llegado a establecerse como foco de estudio en psicología. Además, se propone una conceptualización del vínculo terapéutico, diferenciándolo del concepto de alianza terapéutica y de los fenómenos transferenciales; ambos influyentes en todo proceso terapéutico y los cuales emergen, junto con el vínculo, de manera simultánea y entrelazada. Finalmente, revisaremos la comprensión de vínculo en la terapia psicoanalítica y las alteraciones o ataques al vínculo, los cuales parece relevante conocer para impedir cualquier movimiento durante el proceso que impida el logro de los objetivos terapéuticos |
| Resumen en inglés | research of process and outcome in psychotherapy has understood the therapeutic bond as the main cause of change in psychotherapy. There is currently no psychotherapeutic not recognize the role of the therapeutic bond in successful therapy. In this paper we review the evolution of the concept of therapeutic bond, to understand how it has become established as a focus of study in psychology. In addition, we propose a conceptualization of the therapeutic bond, as distinguished from the concept of therapeutic alliance and transference phenomena, both influential in the entire therapeutic process and which emerge, along with the therapeutic bond, simultaneously and intertwined. Finally, we will review the understanding of therapeutic bond in psychoanalytic therapy and alterations or therapeutic bond attacks, which seems relevant to know to prevent any movement during the process that preclude the achievement of therapeutic goals |
