| Resumen en español | Pretende la presente investigación contribuir al conocimiento de un período de la historia de la Corte Suprema, muy poco explorado hasta el presente, como es el de la llamada “Corte de Bermejo” que, conducida por el juez Antonio Bermejo, a quien debe su nombre, tuvo su ámbito de actuación entre 1903-1930. Con tal objeto, se encara un estudio de los aspectos personales, biográficos y profesionales del presidente del tribunal, considerado indispensable para contextualizar el período debido a la influencia ejercida por este magistrado sobre la jurisprudencia de esta época. Se aportan asimismo datos relativos al trabajo cotidiano de la Corte de la época, hasta el momento nunca conocidos por la comunidad académica. Finalmente, la investigación se completa con un necesario estudio de las principales líneas jurisprudenciales producidas por la Corte Suprema en ese período |
| Resumen en inglés | The purpose of this investigation is to contribute to the knowledge of a period of the Supreme Court’s history, very little explored up until the present, such as the so-called “Bermejo’s Court” which, led by judge Antonio Bermejo, to whom it owes its name, had its sphere of action between 1903-1930. For this end, a study of the personal, biographical and professional aspects of the chief justice is undertaken, considered essential to contextualize the period due to the influence exerted by this magistrate on the jurisprudence of this era. It also provides data relating tothe daily work of the Court of the time, so far never known by the academic community. Finally, the research is completed with a necessary study of the main jurisprudential lines produced by the Supreme Court in that period |
