| Resumen en inglés | In this text I analyze, in the specific context of the Arab-Israeli problem, the symptoms and failures of contemporary sovereignty; the State, on the one hand, and terrorism, on the other. We find that the law (or the force of law) makes with its territory a multiplicity of fringes, rather than limiting it in the name of national security. Throughout this paper, it will be demonstrated how the fringe enunciates and makes the law"s aporetic territory visible. This is affirmed as a topological inversion of its condition, due to the non-relationship between power-space-body. With this inversion, certain systems of representation and enunciation of power are configured, thus denouncing and making the aporias on which the power itself is founded in the West visible. |
| Resumen en español | En este texto analizo, en el contexto específico del problema árabe-israelí, los síntomas y las fallas de la soberanía contemporánea; el Estado, por un lado, y el terrorismo, por el otro. Encontramos que la ley —o la fuerza de ley— más allá de limitar su territorio en nombre de la seguridad nacional, hace con él una multiplicidad de franjas. A lo largo de este trabajo se buscará demostrar cómo la franja enuncia y visibiliza el territorio aporético de la ley. Ésta se afirma como una inversión topológica de su condición, por la no relación entre po- der-espacio-cuerpo. Sobre esta inversión se configuran ciertos sistemas de repre- sentación y de enunciación del poder, que evidencian y visibilizan las aporías sobre las que éste se funda en Occidente. |
