| Resumen en inglés | This research aims to analyze the educational managers from the department of education in museums. These personnel must provide the people visiting such institutions with learning strategies. Such managers must be awakened beings to new educational proposals intended for children, youth and adults to provide them with meaningful learning and keep them busy in the exhibition halls. Similarly these managers must work directly with the museum object so that the letter can be the focus of attention of visitors not only by the way of exhibiting it but also by various didactic elements that identify it. When doing so, it is necessary to keep in mind that objects, as work of art, can express themselves in museums. They only need to be in the right time and place |
| Resumen en español | La presente investigación tiene como objetivo analizar los gerentes educativos desde el departamento de educación en los museos, personal que debe brindar estrategias de aprendizaje a la población que visita las referidas instituciones. Dicho gerente debe ser un ser despierto ante las nuevas propuestas educativas que surgen en la necesidad de atender a niños, jóvenes y adultos para brindarles un aprendizaje significativos y mantenerlos ocupados en las salas expositivas. De igual manera, debe ser un profesional que trabaje directamente con el objeto museable y que estos sean el centro de atención de los visitantes no sólo por la manera de exponerlos visiblemente, sino por los diversos elementos didácticos que lo identifican. Al hacer esto no se debe perder de vista que los objetos como obra de arte pueden expresarse por sí sola en los museos. Basta con que estén en el momento y lugar adecuado. |
