| Resumen en inglés | This research analyzes the design, development and evaluation of a digital teacher training workshop; in this particular case, aimed at the subject of Language and Literature. The workshop represents a means to train and motivate teachers in the use of technologies for face-to-face environments. The research has a mixed approach, highlighting the application of a pre-test to identify the level of digital training, and a post-test to analyze whether the teaching staff has developed the basic technological skills for their application in the teaching processes, in the subject of Language and Literature. The results showed the little knowledge of teachers about the use of digital educational tools. It is important to mention that some teachers were skeptical about the use of technology, highlighting the difficulties of implementing technology in their educational processes. |
| Resumen en español | La presente investigación analiza el diseño, desarrollo y evaluación de un taller de formación digital docente; en este caso particular, dirigido a la asignatura de Lengua y Literatura. El taller representa un medio para capacitar y motivar a los docentes en el uso de las tecnologías para entornos presenciales. La investigación tiene un enfoque mixto, destacando la aplicación de un pre-test para identificar el nivel de formación digital, y un post-test para analizar si el profesorado ha desarrollado las competencias tecnológicas básicas para su aplicación en los procesos de enseñanza, en la asignatura de Lengua y Literatura. Los resultados evidenciaron el poco conocimiento de los docentes sobre el uso de herramientas digitales educativas. Es importante mencionar que algunos docentes presentaron escepticismo ante el uso de la tecnología, resaltando las dificultades de implementar la tecnología en sus procesos educativos. |
