| Resumen en español | La cuestión de la fundamentación de los derechos humanos (de genuina naturaleza filosófica) continúa siendo hoy un tema apasionante. A pesar de la dilatada tradición que ostenta en el seno de la filosofía moral y jurídica, se halla aún lejos de estar resuelta, por ello sigue constituyéndose un problema. Entonces, resulta pertinente se-guir planteándolo y pensándolo desde sus abordajes clásicos por par-te del iusnaturalismo, el iuspositivismo y los deontologismos, con el propósito de refomularlo y encontrarle nuevas soluciones que puedan satisfacer las exigencias actuales, tanto en la teoría como en la praxis de estos derechos |
| Resumen en inglés | Te matter of the human rights basis (of genuine philosophical na-ture) continues being an extraordinary thrilling topic today. In spite of the extensive tradition shown in the bosom of the moral and legal philosophy, this matter is still far from being solved; therefore it con-tinues constituting a problem . Furthermore, it turns out to be rele-vant to continue considering it and thinking about it from its classic approaches of legal naturalism, legal positivism and legal deontolo-gisms, with the purpose of rephrasing it and finding new solutions that satisfy the current requirements, both in the theory and in the practice of these rights |
