| Resumen en inglés | An exhaustive review of the literature is presented with respect to the works that implement integrated methodologies to the Management systems that protect the environment (ISO14001) and the workers (OSHAS 18001). Within this research and through a bibliometric analysis, strategies and a vision of the most significant trends are reviewed. The United States is the country that publishes the most on this subject, focusing on the internal policies of the integrated management system of the different businesses.Most of the findings found in the analyzed literature propose to adopt a set of integrated indicators for the evaluation of diagnosis and performance, although there is not a quantitative integrated diagnostic instrument that allows identifying and evaluating the existing risk factors in the work area and the effect on human health. |
| Resumen en español | Este artículo presenta una revisión bibliográfica exhaustiva de los trabajos en los que se implementan metodologías integradas a los sistemas de gestión que protegen al medioambiente (ISO14001) y a los trabajadores (OSHAS 18001). A través de un análisis bibliométrico se revisan las estrategias y las tendencias más significativas, siendo Estados Unidos el país en donde más se publica al respecto, principalmente sobre políticas internas del sistema de gestión integrado de diversos negocios.En la bibliografía analizada se propone adoptar indicadores integrados de evaluación de diagnóstico y de desempeño, aunque no se encuentra un instrumento de diagnóstico integrado de forma cuantitativa que permita identificar y evaluar los factores de riesgos existentes en el área de trabajo y la afectación a la salud humana |
