| Resumen en inglés | Small and medium-sized companies are faced with efficiency and sustainability problems because their resources are scarce and only allow them to cover basic aspects of their organizations. The main objective of this work is to evaluate the current state of data enveloping analysis and its applications in sustainability in organizations, to identify the state, approaches, methodologies used and projection. For this, the theoretical elements of the data enveloping analysis and sustainability will be established in order to establish the current trends of this subject, in addition to identifying the relationship between both concepts, in such a way that the relevant factors are identified. This information will be integrated and an application route will be built that allows evaluating the state of efficiency and sustainability. The expected result are the factors that will allow to define the current state of the data enveloping analysis and sustainability. |
| Resumen en español | Las pequeñas y medianas empresas se enfrentan a problemas de eficiencia y sostenibilidad debido a que sus escasos recursos sólo les permiten cubrir aspectos básicos de su operación. El principal objetivo de este trabajo de investigación es evaluar el estado actual del análisis envolvente de datos y sus aplicaciones en la sostenibilidad en las organizaciones para identificar los enfoques, las metodologías empleadas y su proyección. Con este fin se establecen los elementos teóricos del análisis envolvente de datos y su sostenibilidad para determinar las tendencias actuales de esta temática. Adicionalmente, se identifica la relación entre ambos conceptos para conocer los factores relevantes. A partir de esta información se construye una ruta de aplicación que permita evaluar el estado de la eficiencia y sostenibilidad en este tipo de empresas. |
