Resumen en inglés The teaching-learning process at the Military Academy aims to contribute to the scientific-technical and citizen training of cadets, through the appropriation of knowledge from its social function, value and ethical use, as well as the development of skills, habits and values necessary to meet the demands of the exercise of their profession once graduated and the current context. In this sense, the need for a look that signifies the relationships between the cognitive and the affective is recognized and takes into account the appropriation of values and behaviors in correspondence with the ethics of the professional. That is why this article aims to: reveal the theoretical-methodological assumptions that support the perspective of the academic performance of cadets in the Angolan Military Academy, based on the relationships between the dimensions: personal, curricular and contextual, for the successful performance of the country's security missions, social and military functions of the graduates of Aeronautical and Military Sciences, in correspondence with current demands and professional demands, with a developer, professional and investigative approach. The results contribute to guide the interventive action that transforms reality and to project new investigative stages.
Resumen en español El proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje en la Academia Militar pretende contribuir a la formación científico-técnica y ciudadana de los cadetes, mediante la apropiación de los conocimientos desde su función social, valor y uso ético, así como, del desarrollo de las habilidades, hábitos y valores necesarios para satisfacer las demandas al ejercicio de su profesión una vez egresado y del contexto actual. En ese sentido, se reconoce la necesidad de una mirada que signifique las relaciones entre lo cognitivo y lo afectivo y tenga en cuenta la apropiación de valores y comportamientos en correspondencia con la ética del profesional. Es por ello que este artículo tiene como objetivo: revelar los presupuestos teórico-metodológicos que sustentan la perspectiva del rendimiento académico de los cadetes en la Academia Militar de Angola, a partir de las relaciones entre las dimensiones: personal, curricular y contextual, para el desempeño exitoso de las misiones de seguridad del país, funciones sociales y militares de los graduados de Ciencias Aeronáuticas y Militares, en correspondencia con las exigencias actuales y las demandas profesionales, con enfoque desarrollador, profesional e investigativo.
