Resumen en inglés The world is facing an environmental crisis that knows no limits. Contamination of water, soil, air, food; the destruction of the ozone layer, the increase in the greenhouse effect, climate change, the alteration of hydrological cycles, deforestation, the loss of biodiversity, among other environmental problems, are the result of a lack of reflection towards our natural environment . The school is decisive in the development of education for the conservation and sustainable use of biodiversity, both by the student and the family, based on the important influence they have on the development of the personality of their descendants. Therefore, the objective of the research is to propose a proposal for family orientation workshops for education in the conservation of the biodiversity of the natural heritage of Ciudad Escolar Libertad. The workshops favor changes in the family regarding the performance of its educational-spiritual function, in relation to the conservation of biodiversity and the involvement in environmental management and, in turn, is based on debate, on the exchange of criteria, experiences and experiences, where the intergenerational, has an essential role in learning the causes that threaten biodiversity and the measures to be taken into account to avoid its loss.
Resumen en español El mundo afronta una crisis ambiental que no tiene límite. La contaminación de aguas, suelos, aire, alimentos; la destrucción de la capa de ozono, el incremento del efecto invernadero, el cambio climático, la alteración de ciclos hidrológicos, la deforestación, la pérdida de la biodiversidad, entre otros problemas ambientales, son el resultado de la falta de reflexión hacia nuestro entorno natural. La escuela es determinante en el desarrollo de la educación para la conservación y uso sostenible de la biodiversidad, tanto del alumno, como de la familia, a partir de la importante influencia que poseen en el desarrollo de la personalidad de sus descendientes. Por lo que el objetivo de la investigación es proponer una propuesta de talleres de orientación familiar para la educación en la conservación de la biodiversidad del patrimonio natural de Ciudad Escolar Libertad. Los talleres, favorecen cambios en la familia respecto al desempeño de su función educativa - espiritual, con relación a la conservación de la biodiversidad y en la implicación en la gestión ambiental y a su vez, se sustenta en el debate, en el intercambio de criterios, experiencias y vivencias, donde lo intergeneracional, tenga un rol esencial en el aprendizaje de las causas que amenazan a la biodiversidad y de las medidas a tener en cuenta para evitar su pérdida.Abstract: The world is facing an environmental crisis that knows no limits.
