Resumen en inglés | A new form of work in the 3rd Educational Improvement in Cuba is the socio-educational networks that cover not only the community, but also the local and territorial. This is given by the connotation that they have from the real possibilities and potentialities that they offer, by establishing the interrelation with educational institutions, in this context Socio-educational work thus reaches a significant value for professionals and students, for social actors at the local and territorial, also at the community level and in government structures, for the promotion of a leading role of the individual, in different social spheres. As methods prevailed the systematization of the socio-educational work, the documentary study, the analysis - synthesis, the establishment of regularities. With the systemic structural method, participant observation, surveys, interviews and document analysis were used; all this to expose a methodological proposal that promotes participatory management based on socio-educational work from the actors involved in educational institutions, family, community, local and territorial. |
Resumen en español | Una nueva forma de trabajo en el 3er Perfeccionamiento educacional en Cuba son las redes socioeducativas que abarca no solo lo comunitario, sino también lo local y territorial. Ello está dado por la connotación que tienen a partir de las posibilidades y potencialidades reales que ofrecen, al establecer la interrelación con las instituciones educativas, en este contexto. La labor socioeducativa alcanza así un valor significativo para profesionales y estudiantes, para los actores sociales a nivel local y territorial, además a nivel comunitario y en las estructuras de gobierno, por la promoción de un protagonismo del individuo, en diferentes ámbitos sociales. Como métodos prevaleció la sistematización de la labor socioeducativa, el estudio documental, el análisis - síntesis, el establecimiento de regularidades. Con el método estructural sistémico, se emplearon la observación participante, encuestas, entrevistas y análisis de documentos; todo ello para exponer una propuesta metodológica que promueve la gestión participativa en función de la labor socioeducativa desde los actores involucrados en las instituciones educativas, la familia, la comunidad, lo local y territorial.Abstract: A new form of work in the 3rd Educational Improvement in Cuba is the socio-educational networks that cover not only the community, but also the local and territorial.
