| Resumen en inglés | The Ministry of Education, it has considered the ACE like essential aspect in the Third improvement of the educational system, in correspondence with the process of bring up to date of the Cuban economic Pattern that recognizes the administration of the knowledge like a decisive element to elevate the efficiency in the educational services that are lent in the different counties, the Reorganization of the System of Science, Technology and Cuban Innovation and the execution of the Objectives of Sustainable Development (ODS). The Address has been systematized a strategy of administration of the Activity of Science and Innovation that it begins with the identification, by the scientific road, of the problems that affect the educational development in each level, the priority with which should be assisted, as well as the identification of the scientific potential and the insurance of the organizational conditions and materials that facilitate its development. |
| Resumen en español | El Ministerio de Educación, ha considerado la ACE como aspecto esencial en el Tercer perfeccionamiento del sistema educativo, en correspondencia con el proceso de actualización del Modelo económico cubano, que reconoce la gestión del conocimiento como un elemento decisivo para elevar la eficiencia en los servicios educacionales que se prestan en las diferentes provincias, la Reorganización del Sistema de Ciencia, Tecnología e Innovación cubano y el cumplimiento de los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS).
