Resumen en inglés This contribution collects the actions of the author during the completion of his diploma work, a topic related to the promotion of the development of the school group, so that its educational influence favors the development of the personality of each of its members and their education process. Given the educational reality found during the performance of the investigative actions, group functioning was perceived as inadequate, given that it hindered the fulfillment of the educational and instructive purposes of the educational level, a situation that motivated the study and systematization of the aspects related to the school groups in order to favor the development of the fifth grade school group of the Joe Westbrook Rosales elementary school in the municipality of Playa. The results obtained after carrying out the initial diagnosis confirmed difficulties in the group dynamics, reflecting a low level of group development. To address the difficulties, educational activities were designed that were characterized by being participatory, dynamic, developing and having a procedural nature, the principle fundamental of the same was the collaboration between all. When applying the proposal, changes were confirmed in the dimensions that characterize the sample group, the most significant being perceived in interpersonal relationships and in activity, mainly in study activity.
Resumen en español La presente contribución recoge el accionar del autor durante la realización de su trabajo de diploma, tema relacionado con la promoción del desarrollo del grupo escolar, de modo que la influencia educativa del mismo favorezca el desarrollo de la personalidad de los miembros del grupo y su proceso de educación. Dada la realidad educativa encontrada durante la realización de las acciones investigativas se percibió como poco adecuado el funcionamiento grupal, dado a que entorpecía el cumplimiento de los fines educativos e instructivos del nivel educativo, aspecto que motivó el estudio y sistematización de los aspectos relacionados con los grupos escolares a fin de poder favorecer el desarrollo del grupo escolar. Los resultados obtenidos tras la realización del diagnóstico inicial constataron dificultades en la dinámica grupal y para atender a las mismas se diseñó una propuesta educativa para incidir y transformar la realidad educativa encontrada, las actividades educativas que se diseñaron se caracterizaron por ser participativas, dinámicas, desarrolladoras y tener un carácter procesal, el principio fundamental de las misma fue la colaboración entre todos. Al aplicarse la propuesta se corroboró cambios en las dimensiones que caracterizan al grupo muestra, los más significativos se percibieron en las relaciones interpersonales y en la actividad, principalmente en la actividad de estudio.Abstract: This contribution collects the actions of the author during the completion of his diploma work, a topic related to the promotion of the development of the school group, so that its educational influence favors the development of the personality of each of its members and their education process.
