| Resumen en inglés | In the present work we will give an account of the tensions and aesthetic and cultural complexities presented by the Paraguayan writer Damián Cabrera (1984) and Viralata (2015) by the Uruguayan writer (from the border area of Artigas) in Xirú (2012) Fabian Severo (1981). To do this we start from the following question: what tensions and ambivalences mark that enigmatic and paradoxical site of the frontier from which the frontier subjects speak? The ambivalence is sustained in the complex enunciative modalities that are presented in both texts of which we will only expose some of its nuances. The modes of enunciation in the texts involved are part of strategies of “writing”, as forms of contention and contradiction of the border. Border subjects speak furtively from the intersection. They are installed in a new locus of moving enunciation, the interstitial border, which is neither side of the border. Xirú and Viralata arise from the mobility of their subjects of enunciation, from an “I, I speak” (I, I / I, I tell the truth), to an “I, we”, to the neutral and unreal space of The third person as a representative of ... who presents history from an “epistemological distance” and draws his conclusions from his own reasoning of events. The different forms of voices appearing in the scene of the hybrid narrative rearrange or translate cultural elements that are neither the One nor the Other, but something completely different that calls into question the terms and territories of both sides. Thus, the subjects who enunciate do so through negotiations between the displaced and differentiated borders of their representation of the groups on either side, showing us how the places of enunciation remain interstitial. | Resumen en portugués | Neste artigo pretendemos perceber as tensões e complexidades estéticas e culturais que surgem em Xiru (2012), do escritor paraguaio Damián Cabrera (1984) e Viralata (2015), do escritor uruguaio (na zona fronteiriça de Artigas) Fabián Severo (1981). Então, vamos começar com a pergunta: Que tensões e ambivalências marcam neste meio enigmático e paradódico da fronteira do qual falam os sujeitos fronteiriços? A ambivalência se sustenta nas modalidades enunciativas complexas apresentadas em ambos os textos e dos quais apenas almejamos discutir algumas de suas nuances. Os modos de enunciação em textos envolvidos são parte das estratégias de “escrita” como formas de disputa e contradição da frontera. Os sujeitos fronteiriços falam furtivamente do entrelugar. Se instalam num novo locus movediço, fronteiriço e intersticial, que não é nem um nem o outro lado da fronteira. Xiru e Viralata são ergidos sobre a mobilidade dos seus sujeitos de enunciação, a partir de um “eu, eu falo” (I, eu minto / I, diga a verdade), a um “nós” ao espaço neutro e irreal a terceira pessoa como representante de ... testemunhando a história de uma “distância epistemológica e que tira as suas conclusões de seu próprio raciocínio de eventos. As várias formas das vozes aparecem em cena do relato híbrido, re-articulado ou traduzindo elementos culturais que não são nem um nem o outro, mas algo completamente diferente que põe em causa os termos e territórios de ambos os lados. Assim, os indivíduos que enunciam se fazem através de negociações entre os deslocados e sua representação que diferentes grupos fazem da fronteira com um dos lados, mostrando como lugares de enunciação permanecem em situação intersticial.
