| Resumen en inglés | The text articulates different perspectives on the theme of justice raised byNietzsche throughout his work. At first, this theme relates to the debate on themoral and the metaphysical refutation of its validity. As it is widely known,moral was perhaps the main occupation of the philosopher’s investigations.This approach is unfold in a debate about freedom or non-freedom of the will,or free will, which served to philosophically justify the fulfillment of moralrules. Finally, the presentation of justice from a genealogical approach allowsfor the demystification of the metaphysical concept of justice by presentingit as the result of a historical process of transformation of man himself |
| Resumen en portugués | O texto articula diferentes perspectivas sobre o tema da justiça abordadas por Nietzsche ao longo de sua obra. No início, relaciona-se este tema com o debate sobre a moral e a refutação de sua validade metafísica. A moral, como se sabe, foi, talvez, a principal ocupação das investigações do filósofo. Esta abordagem desdobra-se em um debate sobre a liberdade ou não liberdade da vontade, ou livre-arbítrio, que serviu para legitimar filosoficamente o cumprimento de regras morais. Por fim, a apresentação da justiça a partir de uma abordagem genealógica permite a desmistificação metafísica do conceito de justiça ao apresentá-lo como fruto de um processo histórico de transformação do próprio homem |
