| Resumen en español | El autor recoge los acontecimientos de la creación del Reino de Araucanía y Patagonia, reconocido por los importantes aspectos históricos y jurídicos que se han desprendido desde su fundación en 1860. Para ello, se recopilan los aspectos más importantes establecidos en la Constitución Política de este particular “Reino”, entre los cuales se encuentran: la garantía a los derechos naturales y civiles de las personas; las formas de gobierno; la manifestación del Rey como Jefe de Estado, ejercitando la justicia en su nombre, y concediéndole facultades legislativas, entre otras. Por otra parte, dicha Constitución consagra que los Ministros dependen del Rey y otorga potestades al Consejo del Reino como guardián del pacto fundamental y de las libertades públicas. | Resumen en inglés | The writing gathers the main events of the creation of the Kingdom of Araucania and Patagonia. It is recognized by the important historical and legal aspects that it has been given off from his foundation in 1960. For this cause, this writing established the most important aspects in the Constitution of this Kingdom. For example: the guarantee to the natural and civil rights of the people; the government forms; the manifestation of the King like Chief of State, exercising justice in his name, and granting to him faculties legislative, among others. On the other hand, this Constitution determines that the Ministers depend of the King and it grants some powers to the Council of the Kingdom like protector of the fundamental pact and the public liberties. Also, the Constitution determines the existence of the Council of State, the Legislative Body and the Supreme Court of Justice.
