| Resumen en inglés | This article reviews the proposal, and debates surrounding history of art from the last part of the 20th century to the first decade of the present one. Its main objective is to present an overview of the discussion and positions that, from the perspective of theory, art criticism and philosophy, have questioned and examined the practice and theory of art. The text is articulated from two perspectives about the characteristics of the problem of contemporaneity: the artistic object and the writing of history of art |
