| Resumen en español | En el presente artículo se presenta un informe parcial de resultados de la investigación sobre el seguimiento de la experiencia de los Jueces de Paz en Medellín desde su primera elección hasta la actualidad, se buscó recopilar información de fuentes directas sobre la fase previa de aplicación de la Ley sobre Jueces de Paz, evaluaciones y seguimientos parciales de este proceso de elección de estos mismos Jueces de Paz, evaluación y seguimiento al proceso, una vez entraron en funcionamiento y la fase actual que son las preguntas frente a su nueva elección o la continuidad de quienes ejercer como tal. Este mismo proyecto incluyó una referencia al Proyecto de Ley que cursa en el congreso de la república para establecer de forma clara qué se modifica y de manera crítica hacer algunos aportes concretos al respecto |
| Resumen en inglés | In this current article, a partial brief of the results of a research about the follow-up of the experience of the Justice of the Peace in Medellin from its first election up to this moment is shown. It aimed at collecting data from direct sources about the previous stage of the application of the Law about Justice of the Peace, assessment and partial follow-up regarding this process, once they came into effect and the current stage, which are the questions about a new election or the continuation of those who are engaged as such. This project also included a reference to the Project of Law which is in the Congress of the Republic, in order to establish plainly what is modified, and critically make some specific contributions in this regard |
