| Resumen en español | El presente articulo presenta los resultados de una investigación, interinstitucional, en torno a la situación de los Derechos Humanos en el Oriente Antioqueño. Comprende y abarca los hechos ocurridos en dicha región en el año 2008, y es que el desconocimiento de lo que ocurre en el contexto de Derechos Humanos y Derecho Internacional Humanitario blinda a los victimarios frente a toda eventual censura y garantiza la continuidad de sus crímenes. Con este resultado de Investigación, se pretende acompañar a las víctimas del conflicto armado para reducir su vulnerabilidad; así mismo, a la sociedad, a las organizaciones sociales, a las entidades gubernamentales, a las instituciones y a los medios de comunicación se les quiere entregar información responsable y fiable sobre el conflicto que se vive en esta región del Departamento |
| Resumen en inglés | This current article presents the results of a deep and interinstitutional research, around the issue of the Human Rights in the Western Region of Antioquia. It comprises the events which took place in that region in 2008, and the ignorance of what takes place in the context of Human Rights and the International Humanitarian Right shields the victimizers regarding every eventual censorship and it guarantees the continuity of their crimes.With the results of this research, it is aimed that the victims of the armed conflict may be accompanied in order to reduce their vulnerability; in the same way, it is to society, social organizations, governmental entities, institutions, and mass media that are going to be provided with responsible and reliable information about the conflict which is being experienced in this region of the State |
