| Resumen en español | En el artículo se realiza un análisis histórico tendencial a partir del Triunfo de la Revolución en Cuba. Para el estudio se precisaron los siguientes indicadores: factores implicados en la orientación a la familia; temáticas abordadas en la orientación a la familia y el rol de la institución educativa en la orientación a la familia para la lectura. Precisados a partir de la sistematización teórica efectuada y la entrevista realizada a maestras que ejercieron la profesión antes de 1959. El análisis es determinado en tres etapas e hitos que marcaron los cambios en cada una las que condujeron al aporte de las principales tendencias. Es por ello un propósito revelar la evolución de la orientación a la familia, los factores que en ello estuvieron involucrados hasta la actualidad y el papel que han desempeñado en lo particular los agentes educativos, de manera que, se identifiquen las falencias que limitan el desarrollo del gusto por la lectura en la infancia preescolar en el contexto cubano |
| Resumen en inglés | Tendencial as from the Triumph of the Revolution in Cuba accomplishes a historic analysis itself in the article. They needed the following indicators for the study: Factors im-plicated in the orientation to the family; Subject matters discussed in the orientation to the family and the role of the educational institution in the orientation to the family for the reading. Specified as from the theoretic executed sys-tematization and the interview accomplished to teachers that they exercised the profession before 1959.
