| Resumen en español | Esta investigación es el resultado de una ardua jornada investigativa, motivada por la búsqueda de elementos sobre la participación de las actividades recreativas en el Consejo Popular San Lázaro, municipio Cienfuegos, a través del accionar de un promotor de la recreación física, con el propósito de programar y desarrollar un Plan de Actividades Deportivas Recreativas para los jóvenes de 15 - 20 años. Para la realización de dicha investigación se utilizó una muestra de 29 jóvenes, de ellos 17 del sexo masculino y 12 del sexo femenino, a los cuales se le aplicaron técnicas y métodos investigativos como: la observación, la entrevista, la encuesta y la medición, lo que posibilitó obtener los resultados de dicha investigación, pudiendo arribar a conclusiones significativas tales como: Con el resultado de este estudio se corrobora la hipótesis que: con la aplicación de un Plan de Actividades Deportivas Recreativas se incrementó la participación de los jóvenes de 15 y 20 años del Consejo Popular San Lázaro |
| Resumen en inglés | This investigation is the result of an arduous investigative day, motivated by the search of elements on the participation of the recreational activities in the Popular Council San Lázaro, municipality Cienfuegos, through working of a promoter of the physical recreation, with the purpose of to program and to develop a planning of Recreational Sport Activities for the youths of 15 - 20 years. For the realization of this investigation a sample of 29 youths was used, of them 17 of the masculine sex and 12 of the feminine sex, to which were applied technical and investigative methods as: the observation, the interview, the survey and the mensuration, what facilitated to obtain the results of this investigation, being able to arrive to such significant conclusions as: With the result of this study the hypothesis is corroborated that: with the application of a planning of Recreational Sport Activities it was increased the participation of the youths of 15 and 20 years of the Popular Council San Lázaro |
