| Resumen en español | En un momento del quehacer del hombre aparecen el papel y la imprenta, desarrollando de esta manera la forma de plasmar sus experiencias y de compartir sus conocimientos sin tener que dejar sus impresiones en las paredes de las cavernas, trozos de piedra, pergaminos, o papiros por citar algunos. Así, los libros y mas tarde las revistas que solo aparecieron hace un poco más de 300 años atrás se han encargado de manera regular y sistemáticas de trasmitir los avances y descubrimientos del hombre moderno. Sin embargo el surgimiento de las actuales tecnologías, muy en especial los medios de comunicación mediante la WWW, han posibilitado la aparición y disposición de muy diversos tipos de documentos que contienen información de primera mano. Surge entonces la llamada literatura gris a inicios de los años 90 y un comentario o sobre esta alternativa de difundir la información es la premisa fundamental de este trabajo. Los pre-prints, e-books, e-mails, e-journals etc. y un número diverso de documentos no tan convencionales como los que habitualmente utiliza el hombre se discuten analizan en este trabajo y permiten dar una idea del aporte que estos novedosos medios de comunicación pone en las manos de muchos los últimos adelantos y contribuciones al conocimiento |
| Resumen en inglés | TIn a moment of man’s chore, the paper and the printing appear, developing in this way the form of capturing their experiences and of sharing their knowledge without having to leave their impressions and experiences in the walls of the caverns, stone pieces, parchments, or papyruses to mention a few. This way, the books and magazines that alone appeared around 300 years ago, have taken charge in a regular and systematic way of transmitting the advances and modern man’s discoveries. However, the emergence of the tip technologies and very especially the media by means of the WWW has facilitated the appearance and disposition of very diverse types and documents that contain information of first hand. Here arises what is called gray literature in the mid-1990’s and a comment on this new way of capturing the events are fundamental premises of this work. The pre-prints, e-books, e -mails and a diverse number of types of documents not as conventional as those that habitually the man uses are discussed and analyzed in this work and they allow us to give an idea of the contribution that these novel media puts in the hands of many the last advances and taxes to knowledge |
